Is shipping really free? How long does delivery take?

Yes—genuinely free shipping to all Australian addresses, metro and regional. No hidden costs at checkout. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location

Will my child be able to ride this, or is it too hard to learn?

They'll be riding within 5 minutes. The self-balancing gyroscope makes 100,000+ micro-adjustments per second to keep the board automatically level, plus anti-slip footpads provide secure grip. This eliminates the wobbly startup that makes learning frustrating on basic boards.

How long does the battery actually last?

The high-capacity lithium-ion battery provides power for approximately 10-15 kilometers of ride time on a single charge. That translates to genuine playtime—real customers report "kids get tired before the battery does."

Can I use my Hoverboard in the rain?

Our hoverboards are IPX4 water resistant. Making it fit for use with light splashes of water and a decent amount of dust. However, we recommended not to ride your hoverboard in puddles, and in extreme wet weather.

What's the weight limit? Can my older kids or I ride it too?

Up to 100kg maximum capacity. The dual 250W motors handle heavier riders without losing performance, making this suitable for kids, teens, and adults within the weight limit. This isn't just a kids' toy—parents and grandparents can ride too. One hoverboard the entire family can actually use.

Does it come with a carry bag or do I need to buy that separately?
