Steering motor stopped working but a new one was sent

Right after we built it, the steering worked fine, but the next day after a night of charging the steering motor was no longer working. However, I messaged them and they were very kind and had great customer service! They sent a new motor but it was unfortunately lost in transit- likely due to the holiday season. They sent me a second that should be here any day. Once I recieve it and my toddler is able to drive it, I'll add the last star. Appreciate the kindness and love the product
