How fast will it arrive?
Fast. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day from our Sydney and Melbourne warehouses, and most metro orders arrive in 1–4 business days and regional orders in 3–7. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships, and hoverboards ship free Australia-wide.
Is the hoverboard safe and certified?
Our hoverboard is UL2272 and SAA certified, with SAA-approved battery and charging parts and overheating, overvoltage, short-circuit and reverse-voltage protection. It's IP54 dust and splash resistant, so light splashes are fine; just avoid puddles and heavy rain. Always wear protective gear such as knee and elbow pads.
How long does it take to learn to ride a hoverboard?
Most kids are comfortable standing on the board within about 5 minutes and riding confidently within an hour or two. Practising on a flat, open surface helps.
How long does the hoverboard battery last?
10 to 15 km per charge, depending on the rider's weight and the terrain. It has a 36 V lithium-ion battery, recharges in 2 to 3 hours and shows a low-battery alert so you're never caught out.
Does the Hoverkart fit my hoverboard?
Yes. The Hoverkart fits both our standard and Off-Road hoverboards. Clip it on and the hoverboard becomes a go-kart. Buy it on its own if you already have a Hoveroo hoverboard, or save with the Hoverboard Go-Kart Bundle.
What warranty do I get?
Every ride comes with at least a 12-month Australian warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Some rides are covered for 2 years, shown on their product page. This is on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What if my parcel is lost or my ride is faulty?
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we arrange a replacement or refund. If a fault is confirmed, we refund you or send a free replacement.
Can I pay later?
Yes. Afterpay, Zip and Klarna are available at checkout.
