How fast will it arrive?
Fast. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day from our Sydney and Melbourne warehouses, and most metro orders arrive in 1–4 business days and regional orders in 3–7. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships, and hoverboards ship free Australia-wide.
Which toddler ride suits my child?
The Balance Buddy suits 6 months to 3 years, the PedalPals trike 10 months to 5 years, the 5-in-1 Rocking Horse 1 to 5 years, and the Pro Rocking Horse 3 to 8 years.
Will it grow with my child?
Yes. The 5-in-1 Rocking Horse converts into a balance bike and push walker, and the PedalPals trike converts from a push trike to a balance bike, so one ride lasts for years.
What warranty do I get?
Every ride comes with at least a 12-month Australian warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Some rides are covered for 2 years, shown on their product page. This is on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What if my parcel is lost or my ride is faulty?
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we arrange a replacement or refund. If a fault is confirmed, we refund you or send a free replacement.
Can I pay later?
Yes. Afterpay, Zip and Klarna are available at checkout.
