How fast will it arrive?
Fast. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day from our Sydney and Melbourne warehouses, and most metro orders arrive in 1–4 business days and regional orders in 3–7. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships, and hoverboards ship free Australia-wide.
Which ride-on suits my child?
Each card shows the recommended age. The Outback Cruiser and Pro Quad suit younger kids from 3, the EarthMover suits 3 to 12, and the Outback 24V 4WD, N7 Pro and Thunderbolt dirt bike suit bigger kids. Always check the maximum rider weight on the product page.
How long does the battery last?
Depending on the model, from about 35 minutes to 2 hours of riding per charge. Each product page lists the run time and charge time.
Can I control it with a remote?
Yes, selected ride-on cars such as the Outback Cruiser, Outback 24V 4WD and EarthMover come with a parent remote, so you can steer and stop for younger kids.
Where can my child ride it?
Our rides are made for private property such as backyards and driveways.
What warranty do I get?
Every ride comes with at least a 12-month Australian warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Some rides are covered for 2 years, shown on their product page. This is on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What if my parcel is lost or my ride is faulty?
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we arrange a replacement or refund. If a fault is confirmed, we refund you or send a free replacement.
Can I pay later?
Yes. Afterpay, Zip and Klarna are available at checkout.
